Evelyn, born in Amsterdam but of Ecuadorian descent, started playing the piano at the age of seven. Educated by a Classical teacher at first and later, she also started to play Gospel and Pop music. At the age of sixteen, Evelyn got introduced to Jazz. A new phase, which made her realise there is more she wanted to discover in music. This led to her decision to study at Codarts Conservatory, where she met her talented companions of Trico.
